Cooking Classes

Our goal is to help you become a self-confident cook, spark your creativity, and most of all have FUN in an interactive environment. Our classes are taught by qualified, experienced instructors and chefs.

Registration, Pricing and Cancellations

Thyme In Your Kitchen cooking classes are filled on a first-come basis. Registration may be done online, in person, or by phoning us at 724-704-0124. Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, or our gift certificates.  All classes require advanced registration to ensure that we have enough equipment and ingredients for everyone.

If you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be given for any class up to 5 days prior to the class date. An exchange will be made for any class up to 2 days before the class date.  No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given for cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) prior to the class date. Please call or use our email link to notify us if you can no longer attend.

There are a minimum number of students required in order for a class to occur.  Thyme in Your Kitchen reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue you a full refund or the opportunity to register for a future class.

The price of each class is listed in the class description.  Prices and length of class varies for each class.

Most classes are designed to last about 2 hours but each class varies.  All classes are BYOB - please feel free to bring your favorite beverage to enjoy with your meal! Our class sizes are small to make sure everyone can get the one-on-one attention they need. Students will generally work in small groups in class and everyone will contribute to a shared meal.

Participation in cooking classes at Thyme In Your Kitchen places you in a typical cooking environment with inherent risk. By registering for one of our events, you agree to release Thyme In Your Kitchen and its staff from all liability arising from direct or indirect damages or injury. We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and removing any long and dangling jewelry for your safety.
